1969年のパリでのライブ音源12曲(1～12)と1974年のノルウェーのコングスベルグ・ジャズフェスでのライブ音源4曲(13～16)を収録した非売品２枚組CDで、1969年のパリでのライブはアルバム「Paris 1969」と同音源。
1974年の音源はジャズ・フェスらしいカジュアルでワイルドなステージで YouTube で映像も見ることができますが、Central Park North のライブ・バージョンは珍しいですね。
